the staff are very nice, but I have had my glasses re-made twice and I still cannot see out of them. They are progressive lenses and the transition is bad, and the vision out of the right lens is blurry. When I went back for a "re-do" the first time, the doctor was very irritated (like this was somehow my fault) and it cost me an additional $55 so with the exam I am near $500 out-of-pocket and I still can't see. I will ask for my money back and go to a place that has their own lab, doctors and opticians. This was a big mistake, and it has cost me dearly. I gave them a positive review after my eye exam. but when I tried to get the prescription filled at Wal Mart they made the glasses twice, as did Eyeglass World and both companies told me the scrip was bad. I thought Royal gave the wrong scrip on purpose so you would have to buy your glasses from them (they are quite expensive compared to other places!), but I think the doctor just made a mistake and doesn't want to accept responsibility for it. Really sad - You're going to end up paying Lenscrafters prices, so you might as well go and get the Lenscrafters quality. If Royal Vision makes this right, I will correct this posting.
