I've used Miss Fresh for about 6 weeks now. Their services are very convenient and a great learning tool if you're like me and would love to learn how to cook.
Pros:
- Recipes: Tons of variety with the recipes per week. You get lots of variety from Asian, Italian, American, etc. I love that I can mix and match my options for the week. I pick the 3 meals (6 plates) for $65.94 and I keep all of the recipes for future use if I want to make them again!
- Referrals: It's great that they use the referral system. For every referral you bring, you and your friend get a credit. It helps to spread the word.
- Customer service: Their customer service team is great! I also get quick replies within 24 hours which is great. Please see my story below about the delivery.
- Portions: The portion sizes are usually enough for 2 people and sometimes I still have leftovers!
Cons:
- Price: I find that for $65.94, it is a little pricey. But please keep in mind that you are paying for a service and there is no additional shipping fee. If the price was lower per week about $45 per week, I would commit to it regularly.
- Delivery: This was a ONE TIME incident that I felt needed to be mentioned. I always get my shipments sent to my work place and they always show up before 6:00pm. One time I waited past 6 and no one had showed up. I get a phone call around 7:00pm that they were now ready to deliver to me, but I got my delivery at 9:00pm. I contacted customer service who told me that their delivery services are third party, but they still gave me an additional credit anyway. Great service!
