  • These guys are a bunch of thieves and their mechanics/service advisors are some the worst. Went to get my car's heater fixed and all they did was change some panels. Went again for them to actually fix it, they broke it and I was stuck in a rental. Finally they put a bandaid on it because it broke in six months. Went to get it fixed and all they did was make sure air was running. They left tools and messed up the vents. They eventually fixed it though they ended up disconnecting the traction control switch and the cigarette lighter port. Now I've got another car that's shifter is broken and they're trying everything in their power to not apply it to the 6 year/72,000 mile warranty. Mind you that these are new cars that were bought. Tim is a snake that avoids calls and tries everything in his power to not honor the warranty and to not do an actual fix. Heath is a jerk that talks down to you when you explain what's broken. Avoid this dealer at all cost and if you were suckered into buying a car from this dealer, good luck trying to fix anything and better luck trying to get a free rental from them when you need work done on your car. Edit: It's the beginning of 2018, the AC in one my cars doesn't work again. Shock of the century. These guys have the laziest mechanics ever. Thanks for ruining my car in the first place. Also I'm not talking to any of you guys at all. I'm getting rid of these junk cars and going with a dealer that actually cares. Like Team Ford Lincoln.
