  • Dr. Fortson is great. But their phone system is RIDICULOUS. IF you give them your phone number for an appoint they will make WEEKS down the line, they will call and text you REPEATEDLY mulitple times thru the day. If you call to ask them to stop, they tell you it's an "automated system" and there's no way for them to stop it. Again, Dr is great IF you can see him. I give HIM a 10... I give SW Medical a 2.
