This was my second time eating at Chima.. The first visit was ok. Service was impeccable but salad bar needed replenishing. Fast forward to tonight..
We arrived early for our reservation and headed upstairs to the bar. We ordered drinks and chatted with fellow diners. Our table was called and as we closed out our tab, a gentlemen twice my size proceeded to shove me into the next patron as he barreled his way to order a bottle of wine. The other patrons and the two bartenders assisted me in telling a manager of his actions and said he would be escorted out. ( to much to drink apparently)
We were seated and I realized the same gentlemen was sitting across from us belligerent with his wife. The manager finally came over and said, "I am sorry for what happend, but Mr. Peeler is a customer and he said he did not shove you and will not apologize. There is nothing we can do." I said " We are customers as well. We are here for our anniversary and do not appreciate the treatment he gave us and the other patrons. He is obviously over served. " The manager turned to my husband and said, " Please remove your hat. You all enjoy your dinner." And proceeded to walk away.
Unbelievable.....
