  • Location and cleanliness was great. The price was right and very quick. However, when providing a service a little smile and courtesy go a long way. The service was pretty cold and unfriendly. The girl threading my eyebrows was pulling and tugging so hard on the thread that it snapped. Ok, but the second time her hands were positioned close to my face so when it snapped she hit me across my nose and cheek. Her response "Oh shoot!" But my biggest issue.... Her hands smelled like cigarette. She did use sanitizer but there was no masking the ashtray smell as she worked closely with her hands on my brows. In my opinion that is just poor customer service.
