  • Called at 7:18 am and was told it will be an hour wait. Called to follow up after the hour. They answer and i was immediately put me on hold. 5 minutes later the receptionist comes back, talks to me saying she will call the driver and puts me on another 7 minute hold. Comes back and asks me who I was with an attitude then tells me the driver is another 30 minutes late. Sorry Fast Towing--they're surely not. DON'T BOTHER! They're professionalism and tardiness isn't worth it. Look for another reliable company please.
