  • Service: repair of liquid damage on a macbook pro (coffee spill) Cost 169$ (incl.taxes) I was very impressed with Ask Computers staff and service in general. They were courteous, helpful, and they were fast! They tell you that it will cost 60$ for them to make a diagnosis but that cost is included in the total price when they are done. So really the diagnosis is free as long as they are the ones doing the repair. I brought my macbook pro to them on tuesday at noon, they called me at 4pm to let me know what the problem was, let me know the cost of the repairs, ,and they had it ready for me at 2pm the next day. Their original estimate was $200 +tax, but they said they did not have as much to do in the end and my total in the end was 150$ + tax. I know my way around computer hardware and they did a great job. I especially liked that they did their best to reduce the cost for me, and they answered my questions in a clear non-technical manner. Overall, I strongly recommend them, for the quality, cost and speed of the service.
