  • BbWe reserved a room at the Stay America in Vegas cause we were traveling from Reno to Arizona. Everything was good. Told them we would be an hour till there. The girl on the phone told us we can check in at anytime . So 45 min later we show up at the hotel only for our reservation to be canceled! The reason it said was "no show" and canceled by "no rooms"! The employee was leeandral. We had just drove 7 hours from Reno. Ended up sleeping in the car too tired to deal with it!
