I went in to add a line to my current plan. I was greeted by Elisha, while 4 or 5 of the other employees stood on the other side of the store talking amongst themselves and disregarding my presence. While dealing with Elisha, it was very obvious that she was new and struggling with the information. She would ask one of the other employees a question, and instead of helping her through the sale, they would answer the question and go about what they were doing, which looked like nothing. Two other customers came in after me, and all of the employees flocked to them trying to help them. I was obviously wasting my time. Needless to say, I left and went to the Sprint store in Fitchburg.
