  • I brought in a frame that needed to have the glass repaired. They replaced the glass. The problem is that they removed the support and wire to hang the heavy picture. I asked to speak with a manager and was denied. They wanted extra money to put the support and wire that was there before the picture was given to them. I called the store when I got home. They said they would call me back and never did. I will never go there again and I am going to call their corporate offices on Monday if they do not call and rectify the situation.
