rev:text	I have used Silver Fox twice (August 2012 and January 2013). They have always kept me updated as to arrival times, promptly returned phone calls, and most importantly listened to me and my concerns. When I've needed repairs, they have been efficient when others were not. When I've not needed repairs, they've been honest and have not charged me even though I certainly expected them to for their time and thorough inspection. I trust them. It can be difficult to find a trustworthy plumber or heating/AC company. I have been greatly taken advantage of by other companies in the past. Silver Fox truly is the exception. They are honest, thorough, professional, and competent. I expect to need a new AC system as well as a hot water heater in the future and I will definitely be contacting Silver Fox for that as well as any future plumbing concerns.
