  • Very classy and elegant European bread shop, where only top quality ingredients are used (NO PRESERVATIVES!) and the loaves are baked fresh daily. They offer both basic breads as well as a daily menu featuring several specialty breads. My personal favorite is their fruit and nut breads, which they have available every single day. I am extremely particular about nuts and their freshness, and I have never been disappointed with any nut-containing product from this bakery. On Fridays, I go in for their challah bread. I would highly recommend checking out their gorgeous monthly menu -- I'm sure it's online somewhere. There's something for everyone. :) Also, most of the breads I have purchased from this shop freeze very well, so when they have one that I REALLY like, I do not hesitate to buy multiple loaves. In addition to their selection of breads, there are also some heavenly pastry items available each day. I don't eat a lot of sweets in general, but when I do get a sweet tooth, I go for one of their scones or their cookies. Dangerously delicious stuff (yikes!). These are also perfect for taking into the office if you really want to give your colleagues a big treat -- they will faint. Guaranteed. :D The staff members I have encountered (especially one gentleman who I occasionally see in the early mornings and am quite certain is the store's baker) are all lovely. I have purchased and enjoyed many kinds of bread just based off of their enthusiastic comments or from the generous samples they've given me. So long as I live in NE Ohio, I will not purchase bread from anywhere else.
