  • Cerny is amazing and so is everyone at the shop! It's extremely clean, well lit, friendly and informative. Cerny has worked with me specifically on a cover up as well as some scar cover up and I get compliments on my tattoos done by him almost every time I'm out in public. He's quick to respond to his emails and when in the chair all the other artists were friendly and super cool. (Their work was also stunning) I'm from Portland Oregon and we have some amazing tattoo artists in Portland, and I've been tattooed in San Francisco by some amazing artists and Cerny definitely deserves the spotlight. He's awesome! All of my tattoos are black work/linework/dotwork and geometric. (I went with this theme on all my tattoos because I fell in love with this type of work after I got my first tattoo in San Francisco at 2Spirit Tattoo which was that style of tattoo. I highly recommend Cerny and I highly recommend Golden Rule Tattoo.
