  • DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! The horrible experience started when I was told that the plumber would be over some time between 9-10a that morning. When he wasn't here by 10 I called and they had said they wrote my phone number down incorrectly. No problem, they said he would then be there by noon. Again, he missed that milestone and I called again. They apologized and said he would be right there. By this time I had to call in to work to use a whole PTO day to deal with this. He arrives at 4 PM. The first thing he does is spend the first 25(yes 25 I counted because I got billed for them) minutes complaining to me about how his back hurts. I offer whatever I can to get him to start working and get done with installing my garbage disposal. Simple work right? Took a solid 2 hours to do. I'm no expert so that's not part of my review. The 25 minutes I got billed for him NOT working are. So i had the pleasure of using a PTO day to wait around all day, and got treated to the most expensive monologue I've ever heard upon arrival.
