You never have to wait for equipment during high-peak busy hours, which is a nice factor. I've never had an issue with any of the staff, they've all been nice and generally keep to themselves. My biggest complaint (and why I gave three stars) is the cleanliness of this place. Equipment is dirty, and I've never seen a cleaning crew in here. There's dried up sweat spots all over equipment and most of the time the machines just feel grimy and greasy. There are spray bottles and paper towels throughout the facility, but people barely use it (and it smells like windex so I'm not even sure it's sanitary spray). For $20 a month it isn't a bad gym, just wish it was clean. I may check out another location.
