Good spot around the capital that aims for upscale food quality (all beef is grass-fed, everything is like free-range organic) and inner decor but with a casual vibe and no pretension. Glass-wall design is conducive to this -- gives you an outdoorsy feel without your having to be outdoors.
Dishes are all superb with some creative quirks thrown in -- for example, Korean kimchi and bimimibiap (sp) mixed in with traditional dishes. As a burger freak, I had one of the grass-fed burgers and thought it was great, and I admired the creativity with the breads (serving it on an English muffin.) There's a reason I've been back.
Tends to be a longer wait, especially on weekends, so go when you don't have a ton of work due on Monday, etc.
