  • I have eaten at various Nordstrom cafes in other cities so I am familiar with how they work. Here you order, pay, find a table to sit at and then served your food waiter style. Hence you will be obligated to pay a tip. There isn't a lot of variety on the menu. My favorites are the cranberry turkey, the vegetable Panini, and the strawberry chicken salad. Customer service is indeed friendly and food is cooked to order. It does have good Wi-Fi so you can enjoy your meal. Food is good-a little pricy but worth the visit. I usually eat there when I am shopping there but don't go out of my way for it.
