  • Great for business short hops. I'm not sure I could go much more than 1 to 1.5 hours on SWA. Positives: Happy employees ontime--mostly Free bags Easy to change flights refundable tickets aren't that much more faster internet than GoGo Wireless Negatives Old planes Weird boarding process really crowded with inexperienced travelers Net-net, I'll fly Southwest, but always allow for extra time. I guess you can waste time with an always late airline, or standing in a crazy TSA line. Air travel needs an overhaul!
