  • After experiencing major difficulties at a dealership, I searched for an alternative. Dave at Courtesy was clear, helpful, and, most importantly, solved my VW Jetta's problem. I will be returning here. Also, kudos for being classy: I was very annoyed with the other dealership and Dave refused to bad-mouth them, insisting upon only talking about Courtesy's service.
