FRAUDULENT BILLING. WILL HARASS YOU TO PAY FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED.
Dr Tang asked me if I'd like a free sample of invisalign for my son. He said it was just an impression to see if we would like it. So I let him do the free sample. When he asked me if I'd like to purchase the entire procedure, I said "no". A short while later, my insurance company gets a bill for $3,000 and I have to pay $1,000 of that. I call my insurance company and they fought with Dr. Tang to remove it. Finally they Dr. Tang withdrew the bill from my insurance company (which shows he knows he is wrong) but sent the WHOLE invoice to me! HE DIDN'T PERFORM ANY PROCEDURE ON MY SON BUT HE WANTS ME TO PAY $3,000!!!!! I have contacted them to remove it but they refuse. If they put this on my credit report, my lawyer says he can sue them. Then, we will contact the Nevada Board of Dental Examiners and they will probably strip his license for committing fraud. Also, the NV Attorney General will be interested too since that is fraud and they are violating my rights under the fair credit reporting act.
To any future patients of Dr. Tang, I tell you this:
You are much safer and better off somewhere else with a good reputation. Yes, he probably doesn't harass all of his customers like this but it's still not worth it. I see it happened to Frank M too a few months ago too so obviously we are not lying. There's no reason for you to risk having a horrible experience like me. Just go somewhere else.
