I arrived at 5:45pm on a Friday to do a quick drive thru car wash. I waited behind another car in the exterior wash lane, thinking someone was going to come assist us. After a few minutes, I called the business number thinking I'd double check the hours. No answering service. The phone just rang and rang. The girl in the car in front of me ran up to the office and apparently all the lights were off, but no "closed" sign. Really?! You aren't even going to notify your customers of your hours? Or spring for an answering service? What a waste of time.
