  • Best pho in downtown Cleveland. Also other delicious kinds of soups. When I am trying to fend off a cold in the winter (or if my feet get wet on the way to work and my toes are still cold at lunch time) I go to Saigon and get the chicken broth with noodles and dumplings. Instant warmup.
