I have waited three years to write this review ladies and gentlemen. The King's Kitchen is just a remarkable place all around. From the relativley modern and simple yet solemn interior design to the wonderful group of people who make our visit such a delightful event. The location is also super convenient from all sides of Uptown - for those of you who aren't in Charlotte, that's our downtown.
Today I had the salmon for dinner and it was just great. I love salmon in many different forms and enjoy various sorts of recipes. Unfortunately, as we all know, not all places do it good enough. The King's Kitchen was on point. Not too mushy and not too dry inside covered with seasoned and (most importantly) crispy outer layer for an excellent experience. I cannot end today's review without mentioning the mushrooms. Yes, they were perfect. Last but not least, the lady who brought extra pimento cheese for our baguette, you rock. The manager was super quick and smart too. Keep it up!
There is a unique story behind this place which I will save for all of you readers to go find out for yourselves. You will like it just for that, and love it for the tuna sandwiches, the salmon, and their amazing desserts.
