  • This will become a destination in Davidson. I got the opportunity to attend their soft opening and came away thoroughly impressed. Joe and Katie Kindred have clearly brought their experience from Chicago and San Francisco's top restaurants to their new restaurant in Davidson. The menu is Northern Italian style with small plates, which is great because you get the opportunity to try more from the menu! This place has done it right with not only a focus on fresh and local ingredients but turning them into creative menu options. The place has been beautifully restored from an old Davidson Drugstore and has mixed the historic with the modern very well. Kindred is a bit pricier than most restaurants in the area, but the food, decor, and service make it worth every dollar! I highly recommend this place and look forward to dining here for many years to come!
