| - I took my small dog to get groomed today with Johan ( I think that's how you spell it). I'd waited over a week to get an appointment with this groomer because , he was on vacation. He, apparently understood dogs with anxiety, and I'd explained in great detail my dogs issues.
I got to the facility 5 minutes before my appointment, so as to discuss what I wanted, grooming-wise and because I'd never met this groomer. The young gal tried to take my dog into the back, but I declined when I heard he hadn't gotten to work yet, and as I'd said, I wanted to meet him. Another 5 minutes went by, and I overheard someone say "his phone isn't on", and then I was told shortly thereafter that Johan had called in and was 5 minutes away. I watched dog after dog after dog come in for grooming, for daycare, boarding, and I began to get the creeps about how many animals were coming into the facility, a groomer who'd just returned from vacation, yet couldn't be on time for an appointment at 10:00, and how long my anxious dog might have to wait to get bathed, to get dried, cut, etc...so I told the r caption it's that I was no longer waiting for the groomer, who at that point, was 20 minutes late. She barely lifted her head, so I told her to feel free to tell Johan that it was verrrry unprofessional to keep client waiting, much less a new one. I'd think twice about taking a dog there. I think they're trying to do too many things at one time, and some of the staff, are clearly irresponsible, or unprofessional or both.
