  • So first thing's first: I did not buy a car from ABC Nissan. I found a smoking deal on a brand new car and asked for more information - to which they replied with a quote that was $2,000 less than the website...awesome, right? I was ready to buy that afternoon. After being called, texted, emailed about 10 times, they finally told me the cheaper quote was incorrect and they would not negotiate unless I came in. Absolutely nothing over the phone. After listening to their very unprofessional manner of handling our case, we finally told them we weren't interest. They proceeded to call and email me multiple times over the next few days, until I finally got someone on the phone and asked to be taken off the call list - the gentleman on the phone simply hung up on me. Way to conduct business in a mature and professional manner, sirs. Thank god I didn't give you a penny.
