  • After walking around the new Aria Hotel and shops at the Crystals, Julian Serrano provided a fancy afternoon snack. The WHITE SANGRIA was delicious, as was the CHEESE PLATTER and MIXED SEAFOOD CEVICHE. Overall, this is nice restaurant is a nice hotel - nothing more, nothing less. We didn't stay for dinner, but I looked through the menu of mostly simple traditional Spanish tapas. This place is missing pizazz and needs more WOW-factor to make my Vegas hit list.
