| - Encountered several issues my stay. The first red flag was that when I called to check if my room was ready (I requested early check-in), and I was on hold for 15+ minutes. That just seems ridiculous to me.
And I will give them credit for getting the room ready several hours early, but it turns out, the shower didn't work. When I called downstairs to tell them, they told me I could move to another room, but they told me that I had to go downstairs to the front desk (and, btw - no apology for the inconvenience). When I get downstairs to get my new room key, I have to spend several minutes explaining the situation again, because it was not communicated by the person who I talked to on the phone.
Fortunately, the shower in the room I transferred to did work.
Then, as I'm leaving, I did the self check-out. Got a notification on the screen that everything was all set. So I left, only to get an email about doing my check-out online (even though I already did it!).
I know they just opened, but they have a lot of issues to work out.
