  • I've been an eyelash extension girl for 5+ years and i'm telling you THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. This place has the HIGHEST turn over rate with employees. Every time i found someone i liked they would QUIT. Then the two women who were actually good at eye lash extensions got "promoted" so you had to pay EXTRA just to book with them. I thought I was already paying monthly for good service?? No, you pay monthly for shitty service and have to pay extra to go to someone who actually knows what their doing without the risk of getting your eyes glued together. Not to mention, the women are rude, they have no desire to build a customer base because they work for a company that brings in customers without them having to try to be nice. I stopped going more than six months ago and hadn't written a review but i decided to when they KEPT CHARGING ME. I cancelled after a year when my membership was up (yeah i endured this place for a year because they lock you in on a contract and it was rough) then i get charged the next month, i call and say hey i cancelled i did my year and IM DONE, and the woman is like oh we don't have any proof of you canceling. I'm like well it was over the phone i didn't realize this what such a shitty business i needed proof. But i was a good sport and as like fine i don't want to deal with you anymore keep the charge but PLEASE CANCEL ME AND DONT CHARGE ME AGAIN. six months later what do i see?? another $50 charge. again I was dumb enough not to ask for proof of my cancellation. so frustrating.
