  • I give this property 3 stars. It was very quiet living here for 15mo, however, the units need to be upgraded. The wood finish ALWAYS looks dirty no matter what, and the kitchen appliances are just old and ugly. Also, the parking situation here is fucking ridiculous. There is never ever ever ever EVERRRRRRR NO PARKING! Me and roommate had to park by the office everynight after work and walk all the way to back where our unit was. Do u know how scary it is walking to ur apt at 12am carrying a toddler on ur back? Fucking so ridiculous so if you sign here, and have more than 1 vehicle, just know you gonna be walking. The pros about this complex in addition to it being quiet and clean, is that the maintaince guys always got to my request the same day, and i never experienced bugs in the summer although we did live upstairs. Office staff is pretty cool too never had any issues with any of the ladys there.
