| - I had toured the facility, was impressed, and saw the great yelp reviews, and signed up. However, utterly disappointed with the ridiculous turnover of staff and complaint after complaint being brought to management that was not ever resolved. My son attended in the E3 room, 3/4 year olds classroom. In 5 months he's had 3 different teachers for this room. Because of how the teachers are staffed you cannot drop your child off in this room if you get there before 9am. You must drop child in the 'Art room'. Dropping my child off in the art room was not an option, for me, as well as several other parents whose children no longer attend there. Ms. May, the teacher in charge of this room, cannot offer a simple greeting or acknowledgement to your child. Instead, you and child get a sneer, glare, and hostility. When I complained to management about this, their resolution was to put my son in another room until his 'teacher' came in. So I would spend 10-15 minutes walking around the school trying to locate a classroom where the teacher didn't turn us away saying he didn't belong in their room. Nice, nurturing environment, nope. Same thing with pickup, you never know where to locate your child. Other parents have had the same problem and also removed their children. The expense isn't worth it!! I've witnessed a teacher forcefully pulling a child off the little bench, and boys on the floor in another room wrestling on the ground-this is not okay with me!
I'm giving one star because the lunches and snacks are nutritious.
