This place is a pretty solid choice if you are into Italian fare. The menu is short but with a little something for all. I went with a part of 4 on a Tuesday night and the place was fairly busy. We had a cheese plate to start, a bottle of red to wash it down and various pasta dishes as mains. The food has a lot of flavour and packs a punch. The wine list is extensive but you had better know your Italian wines to be able to order comfortably.
The waitress was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the menu, including wine, and was attentive throughout the evening. This is a big plus, I find our great city is not so great in terms of service in a lot of places (maybe all those school kids without adult supervision in a lot of places?). I would recommend this place for those who like a heavier meal with some great vino on the side.
