  • I booked through the website. The first available appointment was 2 weeks out. I haven't washed my car in a couple months, but I keep it relatively clean. I selected the gold detail package and got an email shortly after confirming the appointment. I got a phone call the day before to confirm the appointment. Keith arrived 5 minutes early on the day of the appointment, estimated it would take 4-4.5 hours for my truck. He asked if there were any specific issues or areas I wanted addressed. I left the keys with him and went back to work. It took just under 4 hours for him to come let me know it was done. He had me take a look and make sure I was satisfied. He also pointed out that he was able to remove some glue residue left on by the dealership when I got the truck 3 years ago. I have had the truck "fully detailed" once or twice a year since getting it, and he was the first to pay enough attention to get rid of the residue (it was behind the rear driver side head rest and out of sight so it didn't bother me, but I was impressed he found it and removed it). He met or exceeded my expectations with everything from the carpet, leather, console, glass, and exterior. If you want to get more than just a quick wash, I would recommend giving him a try.
