  • I cannot recomment this company. I've used them in the past, but my last 2 experienced with them have been bad and worse. They recently moved my household and although they were given advance notice of the size and complexity of the move, they sent the standard 2 man crew. As soon as the crew arrived they announced that they would not be able to complete the job in one trip, and recommended a second crew, except none was available. Our move, from a home of less than 1500 square feet, took 12 hours - yes, that's TWELVE HOURS - and a second crew beginning mid-afternoon. The blankets they used to wrap furniture were dirty and left all of our boxes and furniture dirty. Items clearly labeled were placed in the wrong rooms. Several pieces of our furniture and a number of doorways in our homes sustained minor damage, and one piece of antique furniture sustained significant damage. In sharing our story with friends and neighbors we heard a true horror story from a friend who hired the company, only to have the movers demand that they be served beer DURING THE MOVE. I'm not sure what happened to this company, but I really cannot recommend them. Some of the movers they employ seem interested in doing goodwork, but some of them are pretty surly and the overall quality of their service is not good.
