If there was a "0" rating for Hendrick Honda, that's what I would give it.
My experience is pretty much covered by all of the recent 1-star ratings here. In sum: rude, incompetent, unresponsive, unaccommodating, all underscored by this holier-than-thou-too-big-to-fail mentality that permeates every department of the entire organization. If they are striving to be the Wal-Mart of Charlotte car dealerships, mission accomplished (minus the "Have a Nice Day" smiley sticker on your way out the door).
If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from this location, DON'T. If you're looking to have your vehicle serviced at this location, DON'T.
Look at the manner in which they operate right to customers' faces - what do you think they are doing when customers are looking the other way?
