  • I would NEVER recommend this company!! I reached out to them about getting my makeup done for a themed space party. Lisa said she would call me right back for an appointment and two hours later I still hadn't heard from her so I called her back and come to find out she had lost my number.......then she tells me I am getting a makeup artist that is good with fun artistic theatrical makeup and at the last minute says that artist isn't available. When the lady got to the house I showed her a couple pictures and we picked together what we thought would be best. The photo is of a dark skinned women and my artist said that wouldn't be an issue it would still look nice on my skin. She proceeded to do my makeup nothing like the photo. I ask her if she could blend the eyeshadow a little and she couldn't do that for me. I ask for strong highlight and contour and she did not blend that either.......my whole face looked terrible. I filed a complaint with the company and they respond back pointing the finger at me. As if it is my fault she cannot do her job. Lisa accused me of changing the photo, she made excuses for her artist saying because the picture was on a black lady there was no way she could match it, she said because I had a spray tan the makeup was off and she even accused me of being inebriated!! Which I was not! This company is poorly ran and my experience was terrible they make no effort to make things right and if you complain they will find any excuse under the sun the explain away there poor performance. I have done many photo shoots and themed events and NEVER had a single bad experience with a makeup artist like this.I added a photo of the work so you can see for yourself what kind of service they provide.
