  • Fast. Efficient. Helpful. Great customer service. I've been coming to this location on Bell for the past couple years with my previous car. Well I now have a new white convertible BMW and am still getting used to all the bells and whistles... I've had this funny metal thingy hanging from the bottom for the past week that scraped on my driveway. I didn't want to deal with waiting at BMW so I figured I'd stop by Jiffy Lube today to see if they could help me. I pulled up, three gentlemen came out immediately and took a peek. They had me wait inside, took about five minutes, tightened the exhaust device that had fallen down and didn't even charge me!!! (I asked them to charge me and they still insisted no problem). I am very appreciative, as this may have been much more time consuming at BMW. Thank you three for taking the time today to help me out! I've already been a loyal customer to this location with my other vehicle and this solidified it even more so!
