  • The reason for the star rating on other sites is because the owner stands next to you to post the review. Felt uncomfortable and pressured and could not be honest as there was more work to be done. Movers were on time, but complained about moving. Move itself was fine - not excellent, and not bad. One dolly was brought, not commercial grade so of course moving some larger items would be tough. It felt as if they were doing the client a favor (like your brother in law helping), versus a professional company that wanted the work and business.
