  • I would not even rate one star I have been coming here for 5 years. I will never go back I didn't even want to pay. I have had my full set nails done here over 100 times, today was horrific. My nails are in even not the same length nor thickness. I asked for white tip she did t even listen and just did a plain full set. She filled my natural nail down to a stub and burnt every finger. While filing down my acrylic nail she burnt every finger again after I started bleeding and asked her to be careful she is staring to hurt me. Did not care 1 bit. On top of that her boss kept telling her to fix my nails and she didn't... along with taking over an hour and a half to do them and still didn't even paint them. It took almost 2.5 hours to get my nail done. At the beginning of the appointment she even squirted glue all over my face and front of my shirt and looked, saw then paused. Didn't say a damn word. I didn't tip because of how crappy my nails look and she asked me for a tip anyways. Very very disappointed and have refuted a lot of friends. Will be letting them know to not go there anymore and neither will I.
