| - We went to David's Bridal for a bridesmaid appointment for me, one other lady, and a young girl to try on dresses for a family's wedding. When we arrived, we weren't greeted and had to confront someone about the appointment. Then, they said for us to start looking at dresses and they would set us up in rooms, which they did. However, that was the last time we saw anyone or was asked if we needed any assistance.
We ended up pulling all of our dresses, looking for sizes that fit, pinning ourselves to see if they would fit, and trying to figure out if the dresses could be altered in a way that they would need to be. Not once were we asked for help or if we needed any assistance with the dresses. We were all in shock by the fact we had zero attention and the bride has 7 bridesmaids and flower girls.
We pulled about 15 dresses total ourselves and each tried them on. Then, when we were leaving, we weren't thanked for coming in or asked if we needed any additional information. No one said anything to us. We then went to grab a magazine packet and they said it was only for people who bought dresses. Just saying, we probably would've purchased a dress if we had a little attention and assistance for the appointment. Very disappointed with this location for David's Bridal.
