  • Do not advertise and sell services for machines you do not have. Harvest hills location has cancelled my appointment twice in 2 weeks, the day before my appointment. Claims machine "is on hold with customs" not the first time, doubt it'll be the last time. In 8 months, the laser machine has been broken "or waiting for parts" for 5/8 months. Waste of time, which is a damn shame because the laser machine is good. Staff members are pretty unfriendly as well, with the exception of one or two.
