  • Very, VERY disappointed! This is my third/fourth time here and this has been the worst of all time. I called in my order because I don't like to wait. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I left my house exactly 30 minutes after placing the order. The place is only about 5 minutes from my house so you would think once I arrive the food would be ready right? Ummmm no!! The person I normally deal with is not there. There is a guy that looks like they hired him directly off the street working at the register. I paid for my food and was told that one of the meals was just getting prepared, smh. I run next door to grab some items and come back and my food has been given to someone else. I am LIVID! The food is great but the customer service SUCKS! I'm just leaving after being there since 8pm! RIDICULOUS!! Until they get better customer service stay far away from this establishment!!! What restaurant do you know that doesn't have a manager on site? They have to call him on the phone and he sounds like he is 6th grade educated!!! I'm sooooo done right now!!
