rev:text	I hope anyone looking to spend their hard earned money reads this first, basically the old saying if it's too good to be true it is, well Mint Laser is just that, you see all these great deals but the results are just so disappointing, and if not worse than what it was before because they have to shave the area!! On top of it you have to deal with RUDE , unprofessional receptionist( dark haired Persian girl)...oh which by the way is "the owner" - load of crap! You can't miss her when you see her, I don't think she's ever smiled in her life...EVER .I should have known better when "her staff"( since she's the owner and all) talk so poorly about her and if you think you are going to get the same technician the next time you go in...nope, turn around is high. I have to say when I first started going, aside from rude receptionist, it was not bad but since opening it has gone downhill, it's not as clean, and they don't use professional cleaning to clean the machine, lord knows where the laser has been before it touches your skin. I would like to know what kind of training these technicians have had, if any??? Some can be very aggressive and they tell you NOTHING about the service, perhaps because they are not educated beyond pressing a few buttons...again that should be on the "owner" right?!! And beware of any coupons you see online, they will always make you upgrade someway because "oh the knees aren't covered in your full leg laser that will be extra" AND be careful of the "unlimited one year", you will never get enough appointments to make it worth wild cause they book you 8 weeks out and never book ahead. This place may have had potential but the lack of customer service, lack of training, high turn over, lack of results its going downhill. Always be mindful of why there are so many "deals" out...again if it's too good to be true, it probably is" Also note the owner has never responded to any of these comments, that says a lot too. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME and don't stimulate unnecessary hair and make the problem worse.. cause that has and will happen. Spend some extra money and get the job done right somewhere else...!
