  • The Las Vegas store is beautiful and fun to see as a museum. However, do not buy their sofas. I have the Classic slope arm love seat and reg sofa with the down cushions. I've had them for about two years. I hate them! I spend $5500 on them and they look like crap. They are not comfortable to set on. They seem to throw you forward. I have not had any luck with customer service. HR is all about show with no substance.
