  • Every time I come I have an appointment. I still wait forever for just an oil change and they ask if I want to wait an extra hour for the wash. It is supposed to be included and other dealerships don't do this. It is like they are trying to get out of washing vehicles by telling people to wait an hour extra. Not acceptable.
