  • Now i know why this place has only 3 stars out of 300+ reviews. Bad customer service. Spoke to Marisa since I was interested in a vehicle they have. I went to the dealership to check out the car. Guess Marisa assigned Tim Walker to show us the car. First of, he didn't even say much, not even offered us if we want to test drive the car. We went inside, gave us numbers and I said that I will contact him again since I have financing through my bank. I emailed him the next day since the numbers on the paper he gave me were off. First, the car we want was more when it was 2000 less on their site. Second, my trade-in car's mileage was 1K more! So the numbers are off. I never got a response from him. Now the car we want is sold. If he emailed me back I could have sealed the deal and gave him the check in full! So disappointed! I do not recommend this dealership at all.
