  • Nightmare pet grooming experience - I literally watched the groomer yank the paws out from under my 14-year old, watching her crash down onto her arthritic hips, I ran in there but it was too late. I felt like I was caring for her by getting her nails cut so she didn't slide around on our hardwood floors, hurting her hips and she ended up with an injury where she limped in more pain for the last 2 weeks of her life, I'm crying thinking of it. What an uncaring monster. She didn't even apologize - this is how they treat their animals here. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
