  • Think lice cannot happen to you? Lmao Think again! The myth that it only happens to dirty children is just that, a myth! Open mouth, insert foot....I shall never judge again, ever!! Never in a million years would I think me or my children would have lice. And never in my life have I ever had lice or had to deal with it. My first time having lice is at 40 years old. Ugh! I knew nothing about it and just assumed the worse. You barely see them and you definitely don't feel them so you don't even know you or your children have them unless you look really really really close. They are not like fleas or bedbugs. Lice happens is expensive ($276 for 1.5 hours and products etc.) but worth every penny!! I knew nothing about lice or how to eradicate it or deal with it. And when I researched it there was so many different opinions online. I needed them gone and I need them gone like yesterday! This is why I hired Michelle. Michelle is very nice and good with the kids, very patient and answering all of my questions and very professional! I was very impressed on how knowledgeable she was in the training she received to deal with lice. It almost makes me want to join her on her quest for a lice free Las Vegas! All her products are kid friendly and chemical free. Bonus! But this is the second outbreak in my child's class. The school called me yesterday at 1:30 come pick up my son and she was at my house by 6pm. She comes to your house shows you exactly what to do and educates you on the subject. She gives you a kit so you can perform the two week follow-up care yourself. The only thing I wish is that she offered a free post check up after the two weeks to make sure we got everything. The morning after she treated my son he still had a live lice on his head. I'm glad I combed his hair the first thing I did as soon as we woke up the next day. I went through their heads morning noon and night the first three days combing for critters. Or maybe even offer to come to the school and check all the children in two weeks. I still may be calling her in the two weeks to come out and check us at home! I can't stand the thought of lice and their eggs in our hair! And it's so hard to check yourself and do your own head so it's better for her I think to come and check for you.
