  • i would like to recant my statement I made earlier in the year. After being a "client" of Kathy's 6 months (7 months really, because you have to give her a "30 days grace" heads up. So I'm paying 85 dollars for a month I won't be around) i've observed a number of alarming and tongue biting behaviors... When signing a contract at the hydrant Club the owner (Kathy) claim is that you then have full access inside and outside to the park. Which is clearly not true because I have experienced a number of times where I've tried to enter in do the inside because it's as you know usually always over 100° in Las Vegas during summer, and The doors would be locked or an employee would come out and say it was close for the day for whatever reason or on a number of different occasions Kathy has actually been the one to come out and say to me "it's naptime for the puppies". Kathy claims to not let any and misbehaved or aggressive dogs be allowed to be a member of the hydrant club, which is a lie. I have seen Friz, a Weimaraner attack and be aggressive towards Rex (another doggy member of the hydrant club. Which I'm sure if rex's parents wanted answer they'd have to be honest). Another one of my complaints and or dislikes about Kathy herself, is that she speaks to her employees disrespectfully, no matter if a client is around. I have actually witnessed her talking to one of her employees as if they were one of her dogs & shushing them (her) in front of me... it made me So upset I had to leave the park after only have been there for ten minutes or so... come to think of it it's no wonder I see a new employee every month... most of the park is usually fenced off with a little dog kennels because Kathy always seems to be unhappy with the way the grass is growing in a certain area. but it's unfortunate since I pay X amount of dollars every month for the whole park not just a section of it. I also have video.. I could honestly continue on about my awful experience there (which I have many more) but for many of you all of what I'm saying will struck a memory of some sort. I give 4 stars to the hydrant club for its employees & location (since the location is the only reason I tolerated it to begin with) if you're curious about any of my other experiences DM me. I would NEVER be a "client" of the hydrant club again.
